Exhibition and Meeting Room Policy


Exhibits

The only exhibits and displays allowed in the library are created by the Library staff for the sole purpose of promoting library programs, services and/or materials. No other exhibits are accepted.


Meeting Room

The Library’s meeting room is only available for library-sponsored events, library art exhibits, library meetings, and municipal meetings. Library events take precedent over municipal meetings. The Library Director, Custodian and Facilities Coordinator or other designated library staff person should be notified in order to schedule use of the room for a municipal meeting.

When unoccupied, individual patrons are welcome to sit, study, work, or read in the meeting room.

Legal capacity of the room: 120 people.
